Na UE apenas ficamos atrás do Reino Unido. In the EU we are only behind the United Kingdom.
É com orgulho que devemos encarar esta notícia. It is with pride that we should take this news. Na minha opinião estamos a rumar no sentido correcto. I think we go in the right direction. Como país pequeno que somos, devemos apostar em áreas em que facilmente nos podemos destacar, e uma dessas áreas é a Tecnologia . A disponibilização de serviços on-line têm a vantagem de ser mais cómodos para nós (utilizadores) que não necessitamos de nos deslocar até aos serviços e estar em filas de espera intermináveis, mas permitem também que o estado consiga economizar e manter uma melhor organização da informação, permitindo também o cruzamento de dados.
